Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tense and fix a precast concrete girder by easy work using a pre-grout PC steel material.SOLUTION: A tension fixation method includes: a step of fabricating a precast concrete girder 1000 having a unit 1100 embedded, the unit consisting of an outer layer sheath pipe, an inner layer guide pipe, and pre-grout resin charged between the outer layer sheath pipe and inner layer guide pipe; a step of installing a plurality of precast concrete girders 1000 in a field; a step of inserting pre-grout PC steel materials 1500 into units 1100 of all the precast concrete girders 1000 installed in the field; a step of installing packing part concrete 300 in a packing part; a tension fixation step of tensing and fixing the PC steel materials 1510 using a jack 1700; and a hardening step of hardening the pre-grout resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
