Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strainer with a self-cleaning function capable of improving processing capacity by increasing processing area of acquisition such as influent scum in the whole screen and reducing purification resistance.SOLUTION: A screen assembling body 4 including screens 8 (A to C) mounted on three side surfaces 4a and the inside configured into a hollow equilateral triangular cube is fitted into a bottomed cylindrical hole 2a of a casing 2, and the screen assembling body 4 is concentrically rotated by drive means 21. When one of through-holes 5b for discharge of a bottom lid 5 in the screen assembling body 4 matches with a discharge hole 2f of the casing 2, cover members 25 (A, B) are provided to substantially water-tightly cover a space S between the screen 8 (A to C) where the through-hole 5b for discharge is located and a side surface 2b of the casing 2.
