To provide a strainer unit which allows a strainer to be successfully and easily cleaned.

The strainer unit 20 includes: a cylindrical strainer 52 which is inserted from the distal end side in the axial direction to the inside of an opposite side pipe body 32, and causes flowing water to pass through from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side to remove foreign matters; a strainer holding part 54 which has a connection part to a water supply hose and an attaching part to the opposite side pipe body 32; and a strainer cap 80 which closes an opening surface at the distal end of the strainer 52 so as to be opened and closed. It is made attachable and detachable to/from the opposite side pipe body 32 under a water supply hose connecting state.
