Abstract:
To heighten an improvement effect of flexibility of erector spinae muscles or rib cage and reduce individual difference of a therapeutic effect caused by difference of a physique or a posture, in a stretching device.SOLUTION: In a stretching device including an abutting part 1 abutting on a user, and a vibration part 4 for vibrating mechanically the abutting part 1 in order to stimulate intervertebral and costovertebral joints of the user, the vibration part 4 fluctuates periodically frequency within a prescribed range, in order to mitigate difference of an effect caused by individual difference of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
