Abstract:
A structural member and a structure having excellent mechanical strength and capable of improving construction efficiency. A rain water storage and infiltration facility employing them is also provided. A face plate portion constituting the structural member has two sides opposing in the width direction of a plate surface the majority of which is closed. Convex fitting portions are elongating along the height direction intersecting the width direction perpendicularly from the two sides, respectively. A concave fitting portion is elongating along the height direction from the central portion in the width direction.
