Abstract:
To provide a sub-collet chuck capable of suppressing breakage at a gripping portion in an object to be gripped.SOLUTION: A sub-collet chuck 200 comprises three sub-claw bodies 201 and one clamp base 210 inside a collet chuck 100. The sub-claw body 201 has a gripping part 201a for gripping an object to be gripped WK, and also has a pressure-receiving part 201b facing a claw part 104 of the collet chuck 100. Further, in the sub-claw body 201, claw body through-holes 202 are formed each having a displacement allowance S relative to a through-hole pressing body 205. The through-hole pressing body 205 penetrates through the claw body through-hole 202 and is fastened to the clamp base 210 via a pressing elastic body 206.
