Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate work device capable of accurately recognizing extremely small components.SOLUTION: A component mounting device 100 (a substrate work device) comprises: a head unit 4 for performing work on a substrate P on which a component 31 is mounted; a component recognition camera 7 capable of capturing an image of the component 31; and a CPU 81 for magnifying the image of the component 31 captured by the component recognition camera 7. The CPU 81 is configured such that it determines a magnification of the image on the basis of a size of the component 31, a resolution of the component recognition camera 7, and a sampling pixel number required for detecting, from the image, a position of an outer edge of the component 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
