Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake system for motor bicycles which can increase the capacity of an air cleaner effectively while realizing an effective arrangement relation of peripheral components.SOLUTION: An intake system, together with a battery 121 and a body tube 104, is arranged in a space under a seat and a fuel tank surrounded by a vehicle body cover 117, a rear fender and an engine 110. The intake system comprises an air cleaner 11, a throttle body 12 and an injector, in order. The battery 121 is arranged nearly bilaterally symmetrically with respect to the center line C.L of the vehicle body, in the rear of the vehicle body relative to the air cleaner 11 and the body tube 104, and is removable upward from between seat rails after opening and closing of the seat.
