Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an interior part for a car perfectly preventing the generation of pits or the like on the exposed surface of a resin core material by preventing the peel of the rear foam layer of a skin material at the time of molding.
CONSTITUTION: A door trim is generally constituted of a resin core material 11 molded into a desired curved shape and the skin material 12 integrally bonded to a part of the surface of the resin core material 11 and the skin material is integrally bonded to a part of the surface of the resin core material 11 at the time of molding. A setting groove 14 is formed to the resin core material along the parting line provided along the lower line of the skin material 12 and the terminal of the skin material is inserted in the setting groove 14 to be set thereto and the resin core material 11 is constituted of the upper part covered with the skin material 12 and an uncovered lower part. The thickness of the forming region of the setting groove 14 of the resin core material 11, especially, the thickness 5 of the setting groove of the skin material is made larger than the general thickness 6 of the other region of the resin core material 11.
