Title:
SUPERCONDUCTING MAGNET DEVICE OR MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017038748
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet device capable of achieving an opening/closing operation of a permanent current switch with small heater capacity at high speed, and suppressing an increase in an amount of heat intrusion into a superconducting coil by not providing a drive mechanism from the outside, thereby reducing refrigerant consumption and power consumption of a refrigerator.SOLUTION: A superconducting magnet device includes: a superconducting coil; a permanent current switch 13 constituting the superconducting coil and a closed circuit; a first electric heater 15 attached to the permanent current switch 13; a support member fixed to the permanent current switch 13; a second electric heater 20 attached to the support member; a first refrigeration member cooled by a refrigerant or a refrigerator; and a first columnar member installed between the permanent current switch 13 and the first refrigeration member, and fixed either to the permanent current switch 13 or the first refrigeration member. The thermal expansion coefficient of the support member is higher than the thermal expansion coefficient of the first columnar member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
