Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress shortage of electric power or supercharging capacity by power generation using intake air negative pressure even when an electric supercharger is heavily used.SOLUTION: A supercharging power generation system 1 for an internal combustion engine comprises an electric super charger 19 for supplying compressed air to an internal combustion engine 2, a rotor 15 provided parallel to the electric supercharger 19 to be driven by intake air of the internal combustion engine 2, a generator 17 driven by the rotor 15, and a supercharging power generation device 10 for an internal combustion engine including switching means 24, V2 for switching operations of the electric supercharger 19 and the rotor 15.
