Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support implement for fixing and supporting a flange joint portion of long-length suction hoses which are connected to each other by a flange joint, and a piping method of the suction hoses using the support implement.SOLUTION: A support implement 1 of a flange joint portion of suction hoses is composed of an A-clamp member 5 and a B-clamp member 6 which are bent so as to progress along external peripheries of protruded edges 4a, 4b of a flange joint 3 of suction hoses which are connected to each other by the flange joint, and formed into divided shapes for sandwiching the two protruded edges of the flange joint with plate materials 5a, 6a having lengths of substantially halves of the external peripheries as main bodies. The support implement 1 firmly fixes the flange joint 3 portion to a flange joint fixing objective member 8 by fixing the A-clamp member 5 to the flange joint fixing objective member, and fixing the B-clamp member 6 to the A-clamp member with a bolt 7a and a nut 7b. There is also provided a piping method of the suction hoses which are connected to each other by the flange joint using the support implement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
