Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture device for endoscopic operation and a suture method using the device which allow a suture thread to be simply and reliably wound around a needle holder in a suture process in an endoscopic operation, particularly in ligation.SOLUTION: The suture device for endoscopic operation comprises: a suture thread with a needle having a first magnetic substance; and a needle holder comprising a body where a held needle grasping part grasping the needle part of the suture thread with needle is formed. The body comprises a second magnetic substance attracting the first magnetic substance on the held needle grasping part side. The suture method uses the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
