Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch control program and a switch control method for finding a wiring mistake between a switch and a cable.SOLUTION: The switch control program causes a computer to perform a process of obtaining port information 59 including the connection destination of a second port 52 of a switch SW 1 having first and second ports 51 and 52 and before the exchange of the switch SW 1; a process of instructing to close each of the plurality of first ports 51 of the switch after replacement; a process of acquiring the port information 59 after replacing the switch; a process of comparing the port information 59 before and after replacement for every second port 52 and determining whether there is the second port 52 having the same connection destination before and after replacement; and a process of instructing the first port 51 to be released when it is determined that there is the second port 52 where the connection destination before the replacement and the connection destination after the replacement are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
