Abstract:
To solve a problem in which when a switching power supply is used as a power supply to drive a semiconductor laser, the rise time of the power supply is long due to the presence of a coil of large inductance and a capacitor of large capacitance to eliminate ripple, and the laser cannot be driven in pulses to improve processing accuracy.SOLUTION: It consists of a plurality of switching elements 24 and 28, 25 and 29, 26 and 30, 27 and 31, a plurality of coils 36, 37, 38, 39, and a single capacitor 40, the means of setting or selecting the power supply voltage according to the number of coils provides a sufficiently clean power supply output with a fast rise time by keeping the total current flowing in the plurality of coils 36, 37, 38, 39 constant to enable high-speed pulse drive of the laser.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
