Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous rectifying circuit with improved efficiency.SOLUTION: A first variable voltage source VS1 generates a variable first threshold voltage V. A first zero current detecting comparator ZC_CMP1 compares first voltage Vof a first input node AC1 with the first threshold voltage V, and generates a ZC_DET1 signal indicating the comparison results. A first adjusting comparator ADJ_CMP1 compares the first voltage Vwith reference voltage V. A first adjusting unit 210 changes the first threshold voltage Vgenerated by the first variable voltage source VS1 on the basis of an output VF_DET1 of the first adjusting comparator ADJ_CMP1. A control logic 202 changes a state of a bridge circuit 102 according to at least a first detecting signal ZC_DET1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
