Abstract:
To provide a system which can improve the efficiency of maintenance management (productivity), and can contribute to energy saving, related to the management of sanitary equipment.SOLUTION: A system for managing sanitary equipment having a water supply pipe and a drain pipe connected to the sanitary equipment comprises: a pressure detector for detecting hydrostatic pressure in the water supply pipe; a water level detector for detecting a water level in the drain pipe; a drain pipe for pressure-sending water in the drain pipe while withstanding the gravity; and a signal processing device for controlling the drive of the drain pipe on the basis of the water level in the drain pipe which is outputted from the water level detector. In the system, the signal processing device stores the hydrostatic pressure in the water supply pipe outputted from the pressure detector in time series, performs a determination using the hydrostatic pressure, transmits a requirement for increasing a flow rate, reducing the flow rate, and maintaining the flow rate, or an alert of an abnormality to a central monitoring device on the basis of a result of the determination, and transmits the result of the determination to an external terminal without going through the central monitoring device of a building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
