To provide a system for manufacturing sand capable of recovering a useful metal from a crushed slug of waste melting slug maked from a shredder dust and an industrial waste as a material and obtaining a crushed slag suitable for construction aggregate and ceramics material.
The crushed slag 111 is formed by crushing/treating a water crushed slag 111 in a slag crusher 114. Metal particles having an excellent ductility such as aluminum are formed to a thin piece having a large diameter by rolling treatment. The thin piece of aluminum is separated/recovered by a classification by a sieve 113. The crushed slag after the sieving 113 is subjected to a specific gravity separation treatment by a specific gravity separation device 115 to separately recover other metal particles 116. The crushed slag of the remaining slag particles is recovered as a product sand 118.
