To reduce a cost of manufacture and labor for maintenance of a carrying-in/out system while achieving effective use of a plant space.SOLUTION: A raw material loading part 26 is provided on a setup/single-sheet setup region A2 as a second operation region. A carrying-in/out system 10 comprises a first transfer chain 58 which transfers a product pallet 30 in a Y-axis direction between a product accumulation/skeleton accumulation region A1 as a first operation region and the setup/single-sheet setup region A2.
