Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a heat resistant plastic container which has high heat resistance, a plenty of flexibility, excellent transparency, excellent external appearance and uniform thickness by blow molding.
CONSTITUTION: A base material layer 7 is formed of a blend of high heat resistant linear polyethylene (heat resistant LL) having 1-20 of short-branches of α-olefin per 1000 carbons in a main chain ethylene and a density of 0.920-0.970g/cm3, and polyethylene (LDPE) of a high-pressure method low-density polyethylene and having a density of 0.915-0.930g/cm3. An outer surface layer 8 and an inner surface layer 9 of the heat resistant LL are provided on outer and inner surfaces of the layer 1 in a three-layered structure.
