Abstract:
To improve lubrication environment on a rolling surface of a tapered roller bearing, and to reduce bearing rotation torque.SOLUTION: A virtual circle diameter φW and a pitch circle diameter φPCD of a tapered roller 30 have a relation of φW/φPCD≥1.0. An average diameter DA of a rolling surface 31 and an inner ring wall thickness Bi satisfy DA/Bi≥1.1. A radial length A from an intersection P1 to an inner periphery of an inner ring 10 and a radial length C from an intersection P2 to the inner periphery of the inner ring 10 have a relation of C/A≥1.1. An outer ring wall thickness Bo and the inner ring wall thickness Bi satisfy Bo/Bi>1.50. Accordingly, peripheral speed of each rolling contact portion can be suppressed, and the load on the rolling surface can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
