Abstract:

SOLUTION: A laser inside surface inspection sensor 1 is installed in a carrier cable 5 having plural floats, the laser inside surface inspection sensor 1 of a device for inspecting the capillary inside surface by inserting the carrier cable 5 into a long size capillary by fluid pressure is divided into a laser beam source unit 2 and an optical system unit 3 to be formed as a two-piece structure connected by an optical fiber, and an electronic circuit system unit 4 installed in the carrier cable 5 is divided into plural units to be miniaturized.
