Abstract:
PURPOSE: To gradually exude an oil by breaking capsules gradually extending to many years of usage, and extend a favorable lubricating condition by a method wherein an embossing process is applied on the sliding surface of an air direction-changing device for an air conditioner, and on the sliding surface, the oil which is formed into capsules is applied.
CONSTITUTION: For an air conditioner, air which is drawn in from respective suction ports 3A, 4A of a front surface panel 3 and suction grill 4 of an indoor unit 1 respectively is temperature-adjusted by a heat-changer 5, and then, after the direction of the air is changed by a lateral blade 8 and vertical blade 9 of an air passage 7, the air is blown out from an outlet 6. In the meantime, a shaft 9A of the vertical blade 9 is attached by being inserted in a hole 14 on a wall surface 14 which forms the air passage 7. In this case, e.g. the hole 14A which constitutes one part of an air direction-changing device is formed into a tapered surface, and at the same time, an embossing process wherein the depth of a groove is, e.g. 20-30μm is applied on the tapered surface. Then, a silicone oil 30 which is processed into micro-capsules is applied on a sliding surface 14B where the craping process is applied. By this method, the oil is gradually exuded, and a favorable lubricating condition can be ensured extending to a long period of time.
