Abstract:
The device has a lever (5) exhibiting a blocking position for a tension rope (4) moved through a housing opening into housing shells (2a, 2b). The tension rope is attached to a rope pulley (11) within the housing shells. The rope pulley is rotatably mounted at an axis and is pretensioned in a winding direction. A brake wheel (30) has a gear wheel (31) drivingly connected with the rope pulley. The gear wheel is connected with a hydraulic rotational damper and an eccentric element, which brake a free-wheel of the rope pulley in the winding direction, in a torque-proof manner.
