PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sensuously simplify work to introduce a new function from a Web server.SOLUTION: A digital camera 10 having a display part 14 connectable to a Web server WS includes a CPU 19 for allowing the display part 14 to display an icon storage area in which icons corresponding to data can be arrayed, and for accepting the selection of free slots in the displayed icon storage area, and for connecting to the Web server WS in accordance with the accepted selection, and for allowing the display part 14 to display the icons corresponding to the plurality of data on a Web site provided by the Web server WS to accept the selection of the icons, and for downloading the icons and the data corresponding to the icons from the Web server WS in accordance with the accepted selection, and for setting the downloaded icons in the accepted free slots in the icon storage area, and for installing the data corresponding to the icons.
