Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device with a display function such that only an operation of a desired operation key can be invalidated and the invalidating operation ca be easily performed.SOLUTION: When a desired function mode is entered by operating a jog dial 7, an image of the entered function mode is displayed on a display surface 2 based upon an image signal from a display control part 110 (S1). A bar 6 is positioned at a border BL between a content region R1 and an operation region R2 in the beginning of display of the image. When a user operates the jog dial 7 and the bar 6 thus moves from the border BL to a predetermined position in the operation region R2, a CPU 100 determines that the position of the bar 6 is moved (S2: YES). Then the CPU 100 detects the new position of the bar 6 and makes settings for invalidating operations of operation keys positioned between the bar 6 and border BL.
