Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test bench for control devices that is constituted so as to control the drive of a broadband lambda sensor.SOLUTION: A test bench TS2 is constituted considering a current generated in an electric circuit by a pumping voltage U, so as to calculate an actual value that represents the oxygen concentration of a measurement gap in a broadband lambda sensor or an indicated value from which the oxygen concentration is derivable. In order to properly simulate the electrical response of a pumping cell of the broadband lambda sensor, a first diode D1 and a second diode D2 in the electric circuit are connected in parallel so that a current flows through the first diode when the pumping voltage has a first polarity and a current flows through the second diode when the pumping voltage has a second polarity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
