To provide a napped fabric whose napped parts have both of soft feeling and proper repulsion, and to provide napped fabric products provided by using the napped fabric.

There is provided the napped fabric composed of napped parts and ground weave parts, wherein the napped fabric is provided by adding polyester napped yarn A of 50-1,500 nm single fiber diameter to the napped parts, and, if necessary, the napped fabric products are provided by using the napped fabric.
