Abstract:
To provide a wiper suitable for manufacturing a perpendicular magnetic recording type magnetic disk.
In textile cloth for wiping a perpendicular magnetic recording layer or a topcoat layer of a magnetic recording medium, the textile wiper uses polyester multi-filament at warps or wefts, uses split fiber comprising polyester and polyamide at an opposite side, and does not contain a delustering agent at least in the split fiber.
