Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber web that is formed by spinning nanofibers with a method similar to a solvent type electrostatic spinning method using an EVOH solution in which mixture of a solvent component is suppressed than when spinning is performed by the solvent type electrostatic spinning method and accumulating the nanofibers and to provide a method for forming the same.SOLUTION: The method for forming a fiber web includes spinning nanofibers from a resin emulsion with an electrostatic spinning method and accumulating the nanofibers to form a fiber web, in which a dispersoid of the resin emulsion contains at least EVOH. In the resin emulsion, the EVOH contained in the dispersoid and a solvent component contained in the dispersion medium are incompatible with each other. In the formed fiber web, nanofibers are composed of the EVOH and mixing of the dispersion medium (solvent component) is suppressed. The present forming method is similar to a solvent type electrostatic spinning method using an EVOH solution and is easily practicable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
