Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the occurrence of pyrolysis deposit in a pyrolysis gasification system which is capable of preventing the occurrence of pyrolysis deposit during the continuous operation without suspending the operation; and the pyrolysis gasification system.SOLUTION: A biomass S2 is pyrolyzed and gasified in a pyrolysis gasification furnace 5. Pyrolysis gas G1 continuously produced by pyrolyzing the biomass S2 and carbonized materials C are separated in a solid gas separation part 7. Oxygen-containing gas G3 containing oxygen is supplied in the pyrolysis gas G1 after separated. The pyrolysis gas G1 together with the oxygen-containing gas G3 is introduced into an incinerator 6 through a pipe 9 of pyrolysis gas line 8.
