Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion device which efficiently removes heat from a cooling side surface and an opposite surface when a peltier element is used for cooling, and to provide kitchen equipment using the thermoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion device 14 for cooling an object includes: a thermoelectric converter 20 having a cooling surface 20a for cooling an object; and a structure 30 for removing heat from a cooling surface 20a and a heat generation surface 20b of the thermoelectric converter 20 which is opposite to the cooling surface 20a. The structure 30 includes: a pipe 31 for flowing water; a heat transfer member 32 joined to the heat generation surface 20b; and a heat radiation member 33 extending from the heat transfer member 32 into the pipe 31. Kitchen equipment includes: the thermoelectric conversion device 14; a body; and a cooling plate 13 which is disposed on an upper surface 11a of the body and cooled by the thermoelectric converter 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
