Abstract:
To provide a thermoelectric element, a power generation device, and a method for producing a thermoelectric element, capable of stabilizing the amount of generated electrical energy.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric element 1 which converts thermal energy into electrical energy is characterized by being provided with: a first electrode part 13; a second electrode part 14 provided to be spaced apart from the first electrode part 13 and having a work function larger than that of the first electrode part 13; a pair of first support parts 15a, 15b which are in contact with the first electrode part 13, provided between the first electrode part 13 and the second electrode part 14, and spaced apart in a first direction X; a pair of second support parts 16a, 16b which are in contact with the second electrode part 14 and the first support part 15, provided between the second electrode part 14 and the first support part 15, and spaced apart in the first direction X; and an intermediate part 17 provided between the first electrode part 13 and the second electrode part 14, between the pair of first support parts 15a, 15b, and between the pair of second support parts 16a, 16b, the intermediate part including nanoparticles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
