Abstract:
To provide a thermoplastic resin for biomarker analytical chip which is excellent in such molding workability as to cope with an analytical chip having a complicated shape, and can provide a chip with high measurement accuracy because of having less self fluorescent emission property.SOLUTION: There are provided a thermoplastic resin composition for biomarker analytical chip which is substantially formed of a graft copolymer (A) obtained by polymerization of at least an aromatic vinyl monomer (b) with a rubbery polymer (a) and a vinyl copolymer (B) obtained by polymerization of at least the aromatic vinyl monomer (b) and a vinyl cyanide monomer (c), and has fluorescent emission intensity at a fluorescent emission wavelength of 450-700 nm measured at an excitation wavelength of 450-650 nm using a fluorescent microscope of 65 or less; and an analytical chip for biomarker using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
