Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measurement device that can simplify a setting work for link measurements.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measurement device is composed of: imaging device that receives detection light reflected upon a measurement object on a stage to generate a shot image; rotation drive means that makes the stage rotate centering around a rotating shaft in a vertical direction; shape data calculation means that obtains three-dimensional shape data on the measurement object on the basis of the shot image; preview control means that determines a plurality of shooting angles, and acquires the shot image to display the acquired image on a screen after controlling the rotation drive means to switch the stage to any of the shooting angles; measurement control means that controls the rotation drive means to sequentially switch the stage to the plurality of shooting angles, and links the three-dimensional shape data obtained from the shot images at each shooting angle to obtain link shape data; and shape measurement means that receives a designation of a position relative to the link shape to extract a geometric characteristic, and measures a shape of the measurement object on the basis of the extracted geometric characteristic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
