Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three layer laminate sheet excellent in sheet strength and productivity, a manufacturing method capable of commercially continuous manufacturing, and a separator for electricity storage element consisting of the three layer laminate sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a three layer laminate sheet having a nonwoven fabric containing a thermoplastic fiber as a main constitutional component as a center core, and a porous fiber layer containing a fine diameter cellulose fiber as a main constitutional component as an upper layer and a lower layer of the core material, gas permeability rate of the three layer laminate sheet measured by a Gurley method is 1000 sec/100 ml or less, basis weight of the three layer laminate sheet exists in a range of 2 g/mto 15 g/m, thickness of the three layer laminate sheet is in a range of 5 μm to 40 μm, the nonwoven fabric has a fiber with fiber length of 5 mm to 20 mm of one of EVA, PE, PP, PET, EVA/PE, PE/PP, PP derivative/PP, PE/PET, PET derivative/PET as a constitutional unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
