Abstract:
Provided is a throwing instrument which is easily held in an upright position with respect to a target board. The throwing instrument 1 is for throwing at a target board which includes a magnetic body, and comprises: a magnet 20; and retaining parts 10, 30 which are positioned at one end of the throwing instrument 1 and which retain the magnet 20. The retaining parts 10, 30 comprise: an end face 11 which is approximately perpendicular to the axial direction of the throwing instrument 1 and which can make contact with the target board; a lateral surface 33 having an approximately concentric circle shape with respect to the axial direction; and oblique surfaces 12, 32 which are positioned between the end face 11 and the lateral surface 33 and which are neither parallel nor perpendicular to the axial direction.
