Abstract:
To provide a tire having a meandering groove on a tread surface, capable of achieving improved drainage and suppression of an air column resonance sound while suppressing deterioration of braking performance.SOLUTION: In a tire, a meandering groove extending along a tire peripheral direction is formed on a tread surface. A groove width of the meandering groove in the tire peripheral direction changes in a predetermined repeated period, and Wmin/Wmax, which is a ratio of the maximum width and the minimum width of the groove width, is 0.35-0.85. A first groove wall and a second groove wall, which are both groove walls of the meandering groove, in a tread surface view, extend while meandering in a sine wave shape setting the predetermined repeated period as one period length, and in the tread surface view, a first sine wave shaped curve formed by the first groove wall and a second sine wave shaped curve formed by the second groove wall are arranged with a phase difference of 1/8 to 3/8 period in the tire peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
