Abstract:
To provide a toilet bowl body capable of improving the dirt discharge capacity when discharging dirt using water flow that flows into the reservoir from behind.SOLUTION: The toilet bowl body includes: a toilet bowl 18 that has a pot-shaped dirt receiving surface 24 and a dirt reservoir 26 recessed downward from the lower edge of the dirt receiving surface 24; and a first spout part that forms a water flow that propagates through a rear region 60 of the dirt receiving surface 24 located behind the water reservoir 26 by flushing the wash water from a first water discharge hole 30A toward the one side in the circumferential direction in the toilet bowl 18. The dirt receiving surface 24 has a shelf surface 66 that guides the wash water discharged from the water discharge hole 30A to one side in the circumferential direction. The shelf surface 66 has a flat shape in cross section along the radial direction of the toilet bowl 18. The slope in the radial direction of the shelf surface 66 in the rear region 60 is arranged to be larger than the slope in the radial direction of the shelf surface 66 in the lateral regions 62A and 62B of the dirt receiving surface 24 located on either the left or right side of the water reservoir 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
