Abstract:
To provide a toilet device capable of suppressing erroneous detection when executing an operation of toilet lid opening and closing, etc. in a non-contact manner while washing a toilet bowl with the toilet lid closed automatically after use.SOLUTION: A toilet device includes a toilet bowl, a toilet bowl washing part for washing the toilet bowl, a toilet seat, a toilet lid, a drive part for opening and closing the toilet lid, a control part, an approach detection part provided on a wall part on the side of a toilet room for detecting approach of a user, and a toilet lid opening/closing detection part for detecting an opening/closing state of the toilet lid. When the approach detection part detects the approach of a user, and the toilet lid opening/closing detection part detects an opening state of the toilet lid, the control part executes a closing operation for bringing the toilet lid into a closed state by the drive part, and then executes a toilet bowl washing operation for washing the toilet bowl by the toilet bowl washing part. The wall part on the side of the toilet room includes a first region where a user urinating in a standing posture standing in front of the toilet bowl can be detected by the approach detection part when the approach detection part is provided.
