Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat heater in which heat generated in a heater wire can be efficiently transmitted to two pieces of metal foils, and which has excellent productivity and cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same and the heater wire for toilet seat heater.SOLUTION: In a toilet seat heater 40, a first metal foil 11 to be provided on a rear surface 33 of a toilet seat seated surface 32 of a toilet seat casing 31, a heater wire 10 fixed to the first metal foil 11, and a second metal foil 21 bonded so as to cover the heater wire 10 are arranged in this order. An outer periphery of the heater wire 10 includes a fusion layer 5, and the fusion layer 5 is fused to the first metal foil 11 and the heater wire is fixed to the first metal foil 11. The surface of the second metal foil 21 has an adhesive layer 22, and the adhesive layer 22 covers the heater wire 10 and the heater wire 10 and the second metal foil 21 are bonded together. At this time, it is preferable that the fusion layer 5 is heat fusible, and a space between the first metal foil 11, the heater wire 10, and the second metal foil 21 is blocked by the fusion layer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
