Abstract:
To provide a tool magazine device which can prevent a phase error when attaching a tool to a tool holding gripper of front and rear racks of a magazine body.SOLUTION: A tool magazine device 1 comprises: a magazine body which has front and rear racks 4 provided with a tool holding gripper 41; a tool conveyance device 9 which takes out a tool from the racks 4 and attaches the tool to the racks 4; a tool standby pot 7 which holds the tool; and an in-magazine tool exchanger 8 which performs delivery of the tool between the tool standby pot 7 and the tool conveyance device 9. The tool conveyance device 9 comprises: a movable body 91 which is arranged between the racks 4 and moves in a Z-axis direction and a longitudinal direction of the racks 4; a base 92 which is provided so as to be rotatable around an axial line extending in the Z-axis direction in the movable body 91; a conveyance gripper 93 which is attached so as to be movable in a plane orthogonal to the Z-axis direction to the base 92; and an air cylinder which moves the conveyance gripper 93 in the plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
