Abstract:
To develop a toothbrush product for accurate cleaning in an oral cavity using the toothbrush only by introducing a new technology to processing on brush tip parts that is important in various types of toothbrush manufacturing, is required to have no risk of damaging the oral cavity and enable accurate cleaning of respective parts, and, in addition, is required to be completed in a short period of time because a lot of toothbrush tips must be processed.SOLUTION: In order to process, by post-processing, brush hair tips of each of various types of toothbrushes into irregular shapes and impregnate the brush hair tips' inside and surface layer with calcium (calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, fired calcium), the calcium and the like are injected into tips standing together in large numbers of the brush for preventing dissolution and bonding before processing the brush hair tips of the brush into the irregular shapes. This technology enables the post-processing to easily complete a toothbrush with brush hair tips having an irregular shape impregnated with calcium and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
