Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the fluctuation of the internal pressure and operating load of a sensor, and also prevent the corrosion of a metal thin plate by connecting a signal line to the belt-like metal thin plate by use of a cable having respiratory function, thereby circulating the gas in a sealed vessel.
CONSTITUTION: A continuous porous tube 15 is extended from near a belt-like metal thin plate 7 via the inner part of a resin 14 to the top end of a cable 12 through its center, and sealed by a rubber stopper 17. When the temperature of a sealed contact sensor 1 is raised, and the internal pressure is raised, the internal gas is transmitted in the radial direction of the cable 12 through the inner part of the tube 15, and released from the top end of the cable 12 through the clearance of a system 16 laminated and closely adhered to the circumference. When the temperature is lowered to reduce the pressure, the tube 15 passes no moisture and lets only the dry gas in.
