Abstract:
A toothbrush that can more effectively clean an interdental gap, a gap between a tooth and gums, a dental groove, and a surface of the tooth and the gums.In the toothbrush, a bristle implanting section is formed so that a bristle implanting surface is in an elliptical shape of which the major axis direction corresponds to the longitudinal direction of a handle when viewed from the tip part side of bristle bundles. The brush section includes a plurality of center bristle bundles arranged along the major axis direction at the center of the ellipse in the minor axis direction and a plurality of side bristle bundles arranged on both sides of the plurality of center bristle bundles in the minor axis direction. At least, the center bristle bundles are formed to be gradually inclined upwardly from both sides to the center of the ellipse in the major axis direction.
