Abstract:
To develop a manufacturing method of a toothed gearing belt improving rigidity of teeth by deeply impregnating nonwoven fabrics forming the toothed portion of the belt and improving its durability; and to provide a toothed gearing belt with high strength and a long life.
In the toothed belt in which a tension member is buried along a base plane of the teeth, the nonwoven fabrics are spread in a range of 70% or more of tooth height in the toothed belt.
