The utilization route is determined based on the present position information of the user and network data and is stored at a memory part, and the utilization situation of the utilization route is determined from the history of the utilization route stored in the memory part. It is determined whether or not the traffic information regarding the utilization route is outputted based on the determined utilization situation, and the traffic information regarding the utilization route for which determination of the output is performed is outputted to an output part.
