Abstract:

To provide a transfer press machine facilitating the exchange of dies.SOLUTION: In a transfer press machine 10A, a part of a lower supporting block 95 of a transfer device 110 is divided into a plurality of base blocks 94 respectively storing a plurality of dies 92 and a plurality of knock-out pins 35, and is supported by a plurality of die sets 22 capable of sliding in a fore-and-aft direction, so that when exchanging the dies 92, by drawing the die sets 22 outward in the fore-and-aft direction from a press machine platform 11, exchange work of the dies 92 and punches 91 can be performed in a work space wider than a conventional one. Therefore, the exchange work of the dies 92 and the punches 91 can be easily performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
