To provide a transfer press machine facilitating the exchange of dies.SOLUTION: A transfer press machine 10A has a transfer device 110. A grip mechanism 111 of the transfer device 110 is divided into a plurality of divided grip mechanisms 112 and 113 in a lateral direction H1, so that the attaching/detaching work of the entire grip mechanism 111 can be performed by attaching/detaching each of the divided grip mechanisms 112 and 113.
