Abstract:
To provide a transmission device capable of reducing a mounting area of a traveling wave detection unit and a reflected wave detection unit on a substrate and reducing a detection error of reflection power.SOLUTION: A transmission device 10 includes a power amplifier 11, a traveling wave detector 13 and a reflected wave detector 17 in this order, and includes an isolator 15 between the traveling wave detector and the reflected wave detector. The traveling wave detector includes a unidirectional directional coupler 13a and a detector 13c, and the reflected wave detector includes a one-way directional coupler 17a and a wave detector 17c. A control unit 19 includes a stationary value storage unit 19a for storing a stationary leakage power value P1 coupled to the reflected wave detector, an extraction unit 19b for extracting original reflected wave power Pβ by subtracting the stationary leakage power value P1 from the reflected wave power value Pα detected by the reflected wave detector, and an abnormality determination unit 19c for comparing Pβ with a threshold value Th1 and outputting an abnormality signal in the case of Pβ>Th1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
